WHAT IN THE WORLD happened to the nice, warm, happy, 70 degree spring weather we had two days ago???? It's been snowing ALL day and it even STUCK. GRRRR!!!! My niece put it so perfectly: "Mother Nature is bi-polar in Utah!"
